Who we work with

Different firms, different audiences. The same need for great video.

Some of our clients are winning tenders and hiring on site. Others are selling homes, places or their expertise. We make the content for whoever you need to reach.

01

Contractors and engineers

Your best work happens behind hoardings and inside factories. Project and process films, recruitment, and proof that survives a tender.

SES Engineering, Castledene
02

Developers and build-to-rent

You need people to picture living there, often before it's finished. Neighbourhood and lifestyle films, plus virtual and presenter-led tours.

Legal & General, L&Q, Right Now Residential
03

Consultancies and advisors

Your expertise is your product, but nobody sees it. Films that win clients, showcase projects and help you hire.

Hollis, deverellsmith
04

Suppliers and manufacturers

Your best work sits inside someone else's project. Project films and steady social content that help win the next tender.

What we make

People, places, process and proof.

The site manager three years into a project has a better story than any corporate message. Documentary-style, in their own words, filmed properly with proper audio.

What we'd push back on
A drone flythrough is not a content strategy.

It looks impressive once, says nothing about how you work, and every firm in your sector has one. We'd rather spend the day on the people making the project happen.

The engagement of a typical SES post. Our films are behind their two most-engaged LinkedIn posts of 2026, and our case studies now help them win tenders.

"You actually made offsite manufacturing look really exciting, which at one point I didn't think we were going to be able to do."

Why us

The planning is the product.

We agree the film before we shoot it

A pre-production deck your stakeholders sign off, so there are no surprises on the day.

Our crew is all in-house

The same faces on every shoot, and you can always reach the person who filmed it.

One shoot, a month of content

The long film, the social cuts and the clips you'll need in six months, all from one day.

You keep everything

Organised and labelled, so a last-minute request means opening a folder, not booking a shoot.

Shoot-ready checklist
Sorted before the day
Site inductions booked
RAMS and method statements
Public liability insurance
Access booked and spaces dressed
Client or main contractor sign-off
Filming around the programme

What built environment teams usually ask.

You give us the contact and we handle the rest. Inductions, permits, PPE and any contractor-specific requirements are sorted before the day. We've never asked a marketing team to chase a site manager on our behalf.

Yes. Public liability documentation and a risk assessment and method statement for the shoot are provided ahead of any site visit, in whatever format your HSE team needs.

That's the normal way we work. We shoot around live activity, plan the day in short windows and stay out of the sequence. Nobody downs tools for us.

Yes. We often start with the area, the team and the plans, then come back for interiors and exteriors once the spaces are ready.

Not really. Single-unit walkthroughs are a different job. We make brand content: lifestyle and neighbourhood films, tours, and films about your people and projects.

Whoever needs to. We map the approval chain during planning (main contractor, client, end user) so the film isn't sitting in limbo after the edit is finished.

Studio+ starts from £3,000 + VAT a month. One-off films start from £1,500 + VAT. The first conversation works out which makes sense for you.

Let's talk about your next project.

We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit, and what we'd film first.
