From ad hoc freelancers to a video team a desk over.
How a Studio+ partnership gave a fast-growing UK engineering business consistent, confident video, and its two most-engaged LinkedIn posts of the year.
Freelancers who didn't know the business.
SES had been making video through ad hoc projects with freelancers who never really got to know the business. Every film looked and sounded a little different, and none of them were pulling in the same direction.
For a business with real depth, from offsite manufacturing to commercial engineering in London, video wasn't doing much. There was no plan behind it, just the next project.
One team, one plan, every month.
SES joined Studio+ in 2026. We started by learning how the business works and what each part of it needed video to do, then built a plan across the whole group: manufacturing, recruitment, early careers and commercial thought leadership.
The marketing team has a shared Slack channel with us and a board showing where every film is. Every piece now shares one look and one standard, and requests for video are coming in from right across the business.
See the work for yourself.
Our films are behind SES's two most-engaged LinkedIn posts of 2026. They've been shared more than anything else SES has posted this year, a lot of it by their own people, and the case studies we've produced are now part of how they win work.
You actually made offsite manufacturing look really exciting, which at one point I didn't think we were going to be able to do.
"Exciting, clear and a real human focus."
"Absolutely love it! No changes at all."
